Terms of Use
Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using this site. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by this agreement. The information and services on this site are provided by Life in a Blender and http://www.invisionboard.com/ and its suppliers, subject to your agreement to the terms and conditions below.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Life in a Blender Forums
1. Each and every message posted within the Life in a Blender is the sole responsibility of the person posting the message. Our message boards are intended to be for the use of members only. All posts should be considered confidential and not for publication elsewhere. Safety and comfort of our members is the number one priority here! Please keep this in mind, any flaming should be done off board.
You understand that by frequenting our Forum, each member may witness content that is objectionable or offensive. Our message boards are NOT intended for slamming, harassing, or spying, merely for support. Any member caught violating any Term of Service, will be promptly removed as a member of our Forum. Life in a Blender refuses liability for any loss or damages incurred as a result of information posted in our Forum used in any manner other than stated in our Terms of Service.
Further, you agree to abide by the following requests while using Life in a Blender Forums:
Any member or guest of the Life in a Blender shall abide by the Terms of Service set forth by http://www.invisionboard.com/ which each member agreed to when requesting a user membership.
A. It is forbidden to transmit any type of written material that is intended to be unlawful, threatening or abusive to any person, libel or slanderous, obscene or may invade another person’s privacy. It is further forbidden for any registered member of Life in a Blender to post any language intended to be racial or prejudicial with regard to religion.
B. It is forbidden to request a membership with the intent to spy on the Life in a Blender or any of its members or for spamming purposes. It is forbidden that any member requests a membership under a false name or to impersonate another poster, or board administrator.
C. It is forbidden that any member of the Life in a Blender upload or copy any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other rights of any party, member of entity.
D. Life in a Blender members must contact Life in a Blender moderators to advise of the intent to advertise their own websites and homepages.
E. Life in a Blender members may not obtain personal information regarding other members for personal use. This includes, but is not limited to, email for the purposes of slamming the individual or with the intent to Spam any members
2. Life in a Blender reserves the right to the following:
A Life in a Blender reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time.
B. Life in a Blender shall have the right to monitor each post and remove any offensive posts or any posts which violate the Terms Of Service.
Please contact the Administrator with any questions or concerns.
All registered members must post in the "General" message board within forty-eight (48) hours of registration or will be automatically deleted from the forum database. Each member must further agree to register with the intention of posting and participating in the forum.
Registered members who fail to post messages over a 14 day time period may also be deleted.

Members who plan to be away from the forum for a period longer than 14 days, ( i.e., vacation or other major events) agree to notify Admin to avoid being deleted from the database.
Members who gain access to the "Members Only" message board must post within forty-eight (48) hours of access. Each member must further agree to register with the intention of posting and participating in the forum.
The forty-eight (48) hour period includes Weekends.
Registered members with access to the "Members Only" message board who fail to post within forty-eight (48) hours of access will be automatically deleted from the forum database.
Member names which have been removed from the forum database will be blocked and no longer available for new users.
The blocked names may be used by the original member. If you are removed from the database, and wish to re-register using a blocked name, please email an admin...

The Administrators jobs include:
* make sure the forum functions normally
* fix and monitor the message boards
* consider members' requests such as closing, deleting and editing threads
* Help members with concerns regarding other members or privacy/security issues
* Admin members are welcome and expected to post and add input to any/all threads on the forum
To make a special request from an Admin, please PM any Admin. The request will be discussed among the admin. We will respond to Administrative requests within 72 hours of receipt of each request. Please be patient and realize that we do this voluntarily and will get to your request as soon as possible. Please realize that the Admins are no longer able to delete/close threads without a majority agreement among the Admin.
All members understand that all messages appearing in our forum are the sole and complete responsibility of each Member posting the messages and not the responsibility of Life in a Blender or its administrators. By using the forum, you acknowledge that
1. You understand that Life in a Blender and its adminsitrators do not control the content of any messages posted on the Forum. You understand that you may read offensive, sometimes objectionable content and that Life in a Blender does not undertake or attempt to protect you from such content.
2. You agree that Life in a Blender and its administrators will not be liable for any loss or damages incurred as a result of use or misuse by any member of information contained in any posted message or of any errors or omissions or any negligent or tortious statements that may be contained in any posting. YOU AGREE TO HOLD LIFE IN A BLENDER AND ITS ADMINISTRATORS HARMLESS FOR ANY SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGES.
Further, Life in a Blender reserves the right to ban any member for, including, but not limited to, the following reasons:
1. Any member impersonating another member or entity;
2. Any member who posts messages or information which may be considered abusive, unlawful, emotionally or physically harmful to an individual, tortious, libelous, slanderous, hateful, discriminatory, obscene or invasive of another person's privacy. This includes messages that describe such conduct on the part of a member that is committed off of this board, or in which a member condones such conduct committed off of this board by another person.
3. Any member who copies any Blender graphics and posts them for their own use.
4. Any member who disrupts the board in a manner deemed extreme or consistent by the administration, making it difficult for all members to use the board in its proper manner.
5. Any other reason deemed appropriate by the administration.
The administration is the sole judge of whether these terms and standards have been violated.
